Patrick Clare is a Raleigh native who focuses his practice primarily on personal injury litigation relating to automobile wrecks, premises liability, and general negligence claims.  As a former defense attorney for insurance companies, Patrick has the knowledge to ensure that his clients have a strategic advantage as he fights to obtain the compensation they deserve.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Patrick worked as a Realtor for six years representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions in the Triangle area.  This experience taught him to be an aggressive negotiator and zealous advocate for his clients.  He enrolled in Campbell Law School in 2015 and juggled real estate and law school classes until his graduation.

Patrick lives in Raleigh with his wife, Hannah, who is a public health researcher.  In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing guitar, attending concerts, and playing fetch with his dog, Bowie.
