Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Albemarle Rd and Lawyers Rd

Charlotte, NC (November 18, 2020) – Around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, November 18, a car accident occurred at a Charlotte intersection.

According to officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Albemarle Road and Lawyers Road when two vehicles collided with each other in the area. It is believed that the vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident where they helped those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The roadway was blocked at the intersection until police were able to clear the scene.

The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
