Charlotte, NC (November 24, 2020) – Around 5 p.m. on Tuesday evening, November 24, a car accident with injuries took place in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the collision took place at the intersection of Sharon Amity Road and Albemarle Road when two vehicles collided with each other. According to police, the accident was a rear-end accident that took place when one vehicle slammed into the back of another due to unknown reasons.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were present at the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the left lane for an extended period of time.
