Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Archdale Dr and Old Pineville Rd

Charlotte, NC (October 29, 2020) – Around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday evening, October 29, a car accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.

Charlotte officials responded to the scene of the accident, which took place at the intersection of Archdale Drive and Old Pineville Road. Though few details have been released, it is believed that two vehicles collided in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles were both badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. The injured victims were hospitalized as a result. The extent of their injuries is not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
