Charlotte, NC (September 27, 2020) – Around 7:25 a.m. on Sunday morning, September 27, a car accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of Atando Avenue and Statesville Avenue when two vehicles collided with each other. It is believed that the two vehicles crashed after they entered the intersection at the same time, leading to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and other officials were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. Though the identities of those involved are not yet known, it is believed that one or more victims were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
