Charlotte, NC (December 31, 2020) – Around 12 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, December 31, a car accident took place in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of Auten Road and Oakdale Road when two vehicles collided. It is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured as a result of the accident.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
