Charlotte, NC (December 6, 2020) – Around 6:35 p.m. on December 6, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place when two or more vehicles collided at the intersection of Bullard Street and Heywood Avenue. The accident led to extensive damages, though police have not yet revealed how the accident occurred.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection until police cleared the scene.
