Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Cantwell St and Roadway St

Charlotte, NC (September 27, 2020) – Around 11:35 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, a car accident with injuries took place in Charlotte.

According to Charlotte authorities, the accident took place at the intersection of Cantwell Street and Roadway Street when two vehicles collided with one another. It is believed that the vehicles may have entered the intersection at the same time. Both vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the collision.

Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were present at the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was closed down at the intersection for an extended period of time.
