Charlotte, NC (September 1, 2020) – Around 11:25 p.m. on the night of August 30, a car accident with injuries happened at an intersection in Charlotte.
Though few details have been released, it is believed that two vehicles entered the intersection at Crestmont and Shamrock Drives. The vehicles forcefully collided with one another as they entered the intersection at the same time. They were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the injuries is not yet known. It is believed that one or more victims were hospitalized as a result.
The roadway was closed at the intersection for an extended period of time.
