Charlotte, NC (October 20, 2020) – Around 3:35 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, a car accident with injuries took place in Charlotte.

Charlotte officials confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of Douglas Drive and Steele Creek Road when two vehicles collided. It is believed that the vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were damaged as a result.

Numerous responders, including paramedics, were present at the scene of the crash where they helped those in need. The injured victims were taken to the hospital, though their current conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was closed in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
