Charlotte, NC (November 20, 2020) – Around 1:15 p.m. on Friday afternoon, November 20, a car accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.

Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of East Woodlawn Road and Montford Drive when two vehicles collided with one another. Though few details have been released, it is believed that the crash took place when two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time until police cleared the scene.
