Charlotte, NC (September 20, 2020) – Around 8:20 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
Though few details have been released regarding the accident, it is believed that the collision occurred at Ashley Road and Freedom Drive when two vehicles forcefully collided for unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
