Charlotte, NC (November 6, 2020) – Around 7:20 p.m. on Friday, November 6, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Grier Road and Orr Road when two vehicles collided with each other. The two vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, which caused the two to collide at the same time. The vehicles involved were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. One or more victims were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not entirely known.
The roadway was blocked for an extended period of time in the area.
