Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Marlowe Ave and Weyland Ave

Charlotte, NC (September 13, 2020) – This evening, September 13, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.

Charlotte Police confirmed that the crash involved several vehicles and took place at the intersection of Marlowe Avenue and Weyland Avenue. Though few details have been released, it was revealed that the collision occurred when two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident, where they assisted those with injuries. One or more parties were taken to the hospital for treatment, though the extent of their injuries is not entirely known.

According to police, the intersection was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time while the scene was cleared.
