Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at McKee Rd and Providence Rd Intersection

Charlotte, NC (November 9, 2020) – Around 3:55 p.m. on Monday afternoon, November 9, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.

Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of McKee Road and Providence Road when two vehicles collided with each other. The vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, which led to an array of damages to the vehicles involved.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Due to the severity of the accident, the intersection was blocked for some time.

The investigation into the collision continues at this time.
