Charlotte, NC (October 19, 2020) – Around 3:55 p.m. on Monday afternoon, October 19, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
Charlotte authorities confirmed that the crash took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of North Kings Drive and East 4th Street. Police believe that the vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident where they assisted those with injuries. The injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was closed down in the area for an extended period of time until the police cleared the scene.
