Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Statesville Rd and Milhaven Ln

Charlotte, NC (August 25, 2020) – Around 10:35 p.m. tonight, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.

According to authorities, the collision took place at the intersection of Statesville Road and Milhaven Lane when two vehicles collided with one another. It is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection around the same time, which caused them to collide. The vehicles both sustained severe damages due to the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident and assisted those with injuries. The injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their current conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in multiple lanes at the intersection for an extended period of time. Police were able to quickly clear the road.
