Charlotte, NC (September 12, 2020) – Around 11:15 p.m. last night, September 11, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to authorities, the collision took place at the intersection of Tryon Street and Tom Hunter Road when two vehicles collided with one another for unknown reasons. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. Though the extent of the injuries is not yet known, it is believed that the injured victims were taken to the hospital.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time until police were able to clear the scene.
