Charlotte, NC (September 15, 2020) – On Monday night, September 14 around 9:30 p.m., a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to police, the accident took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of West Trade Street and Rozzelles Ferry Road. The exact circumstances of the accident are not yet known but it is believed that the vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time.
Police confirmed that numerous responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident including paramedics and fire crews. One or more victims were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time until the police were able to clear the scene.
