Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Wilkinson Blvd and Fieldridge Rd

Charlotte, NC (September 9, 2020) – Around 7:20 am. this morning, September 9, a car accident with injuries took place at a Charlotte intersection.

Though few details have been released regarding the accident, it is believed that the crash took place at the intersection of Wilkinson Boulevard and Fieldridge Road when two vehicles collided with one another. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result of the accident.

Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene of the accident to assist those in need. EMS crews confirmed that one or more victims were hospitalized but their conditions are not yet known.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
