Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Wilkinson Blvd and Morris Field Dr

Charlotte, NC (October 1, 2020) – Around 10:10 a.m. on Thursday morning, October 1, a car accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.

Charlotte authorities confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of Wilkinson Boulevard and Morris Field Drive when two vehicles collided. Though no circumstances leading up to the collision are known, it is believed that the two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, leading up to the collision. The vehicles involved in the accident were damaged as a result of the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the collision. They assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the injuries is not entirely known. The injured victims were immediately hospitalized.

The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.

The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
