Charlotte, NC (October 27, 2020) – Around 7:45 a.m. on Monday morning, October 27, a car accident with injuries occurred on a Charlotte roadway.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at 4803 Sunset Road and involved several vehicles. Police did not comment on the circumstances leading up to the collision but have said that the accident caused extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics and fire crews were present at the scene of the crash where they assisted those with injuries. The extent of the injuries is not entirely known but it is believed that one or more victims were hospitalized.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time.
