Charlotte, NC – Car Crash at Black Kettle Dr and Old Ironside Dr

Charlotte, NC (October 19, 2020) – Around 5:35 p.m. on Monday evening, October 19, a car crash with injuries took place at an intersection in Charlotte.

Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Black Kettle Drive and Old Ironside Drive. The accident allegedly took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection after entering at the same time.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital with a variety of injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time until police were able to clear the scene.
