Charlotte, NC (December 11, 2020) – Around 9:25 a.m. on the morning of Friday, December 11, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
Though few details have been released, it is believed that the accident took place at the intersection of Capps Hill Mine Road and Silver Ore Lane. It is believed that two vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
The investigation into the accident continues.
