Charlotte, NC (December 13, 2020) – Around 7:15 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, December 13, a car crash took place in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of East 7th Street and Charlottetowne Avenue when two or more vehicles collided. It is not known why the vehicles collided but it is believed that they were severely damaged.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the accident continues.
