Charlotte, NC – Car Crash at Intersection of Plantation Rd and Weddington Rd

Charlotte, NC (October 29, 2020) – Around 1:15 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, October 29, a car crash with injuries took place in Charlotte.

According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of Plantation Road and Weddington Road when two vehicles forcefully collided with each other in the area. Police have not confirmed the circumstances leading up to the accident but have said that the vehicles involved were extensively damaged.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident where they assisted those with injuries. Though the parties have not yet been identified, they were all hospitalized for treatment.

The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
