Charlotte, NC (September 1, 2020) – Around 9:50 a.m. on the morning of August 31, a car crash occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.

Few details have been released but the accident allegedly took place at the intersection of Michael Baker Place and Runnymede Lane. The accident led to extensive damages to the vehicles involved.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. Though the extent of the injuries is not entirely known, it is believed that one or more victims were hospitalized as a result of the accident.

The roadway was blocked until the police were able to clear the intersection.

Police continue their investigation into the circumstances leading up to the collision.
