Charlotte, NC – Car Crash at S Mint St and W Carson Blvd Intersection

Charlotte, NC (September 14, 2020) – Around 6:35 a.m. on Monday morning, September 14, a car crash occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.

Though few details have been released regarding the accident, police confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of South Mint Street and West Carson Boulevard. The crash occurred when two or more vehicles entered the intersection and collided with one another for unknown reasons. The vehicles involved sustained severe damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the collision to help those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Police confirmed that a portion of the roadway was closed down at the intersection for some time.
