Charlotte, NC (October 7, 2020) – Around 2 p.m. on October 7, a car crash took place at an intersection in Charlotte that led to injuries.
Charlotte Police confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of Statesville Road and West W.T. Harris Boulevard when two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. Police confirmed that both vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene to assist those with injuries. Though the full extent of the injuries is not yet known, the parties were transported to local hospitals.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
