Charlotte, NC (November 22, 2020) – Around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday morning, November 22, a car crash took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Tom Hunter Road and Elgywood Lane. Police have not commented on the exact circumstances of the accident but have said that two vehicles collided with one another. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics and fire crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
