Charlotte, NC (December 13, 2020) – Around 11:30 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, December 13, a serious car crash with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials have not commented on the exact circumstances leading up to the accident but have said that the crash happened when multiple vehicles collided with each other. The accident happened at 8872 Pineville-Matthews Road and led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for a period of time.
