Charlotte, NC (November 20, 2020) – Around 6:55 p.m. on Friday evening, November 20, a hit-and-run accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of Hamilton Road and Steele Creek Road when two vehicles collided. One of the vehicles immediately fled the scene of the accident. The vehicles involved sustained severe damages due to the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of the accident, though the extent of their injuries is not entirely known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police did not confirm whether or not they found the party responsible for the accident.
