Charlotte, NC (October 9, 2020) – Around 5 p.m. on Friday, October 9, a hit-and-run accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at 10615 Beckstone Drive when two vehicles collided with each other. One of the vehicles immediately fled the scene of the collision. It is not known if police were able to catch the party responsible for the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the crash to assist those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
