Charlotte, NC (December 4, 2020) – Around 1:40 p.m. on Friday afternoon, December 4, a multi-vehicle accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident occurred at 2860 Freedom Drive when two or more vehicles collided with each other. Police have not yet commented on the circumstances leading up to the accident but have said that the vehicles involved were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was closed down in the area for an extended period of time.
