Charlotte, NC (November 18, 2020) – Around 3:39 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, November 18, a two-vehicle crash occurred in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of West 4th Street and South Mint Street when two vehicles collided with one another due to unknown reasons. The vehicles were both identified as SUVs, which sustained severe damages as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident where they helped those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
