China Grove, NC – Two Injured in Fire Truck Rollover on NC-152 Near I-85

China Grove, NC (September 26, 2020) – Around 11 a.m. on Friday morning, September 25, two were injured in a firetruck accident in China Grove.

Though few details have been released, the North Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed that a firetruck ended up rolled over completely on its roof on NC-152 near the I-85 area. At the time of the collision, the roads were wet and slick due to rain.

Two firefighters inside the truck were injured. Paramedics were present at the scene and transported the victims to the hospital for treatment but they are expected to recover.

The roadway was closed down in several lanes as a result of the accident.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
