Elizabeth City, NC (October 10, 2020) – Officers from the Elizabeth City Police Department are looking for a man they believe to be responsible for a hit-and-run car accident during which a pedestrian was injured.
According to police reports, the incident took place on Friday, October 9th at the intersection of Weeksville Road and Herrington Road when, for reasons that have not yet been determined, 25-year-old Manual Guadalu Gonzalez struck a pedestrian with his car, causing unspecified injuries.
