Fayetteville, NC (November 21, 2020) – Officers from the Fayetteville Police Department have identified the man who was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Friday, November 20th.
The accident took place at about 8:00 a.m., at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Clearwater Drive.
Police reports indicate that 86-year-old William Staehle was driving a 2001 Honda at the time of the accident. The other vehicle involved, a 2010 Ford, was being driven by 51-year-old Shonda Mack.
Staehle died due to crash-related injuries. The medical condition of Mack is currently unknown.
No additional details regarding the accident have been released.
