Lumberton, NC (August 28, 2020) – Around 6:09 a.m. this morning, two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Lumberton.
State Highway Patrol confirmed that the crash happened when Kenneth Worley was driving his Chevrolet pickup truck west on Starlite Drive. His truck collided with the rear of a Ford Mustang being driven by Adrian Blanks.
Both drivers were injured as a result of the accident and were taken to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries.
Troopers did not bring any charges but continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision at this time.
