We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time.
Pedestrian Accidents in North Carolina
Pedestrian accidents are some of the most horrific accidents on our roads due to the fact that pedestrians are vulnerable victims on our roads. Pedestrians have no protection from harm, which means that they are more likely to be catastrophically injured or even killed in accidents with vehicles that are larger than them. This is especially true in cases involving tractor-trailers. In one recent year, it was determined that approximately 102 pedestrians lost their lives in accidents due to the negligence of others. These accidents tend to happen unexpectedly when drivers are not paying close attention to what is happening around them. If you have lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident, you have a variety of options moving forward.
Nobody ever expects to receive a phone call finding out that a loved one has been taken from them in a traumatic accident. However, this is the reality that hundreds of families face every single year when a loved one has been taken from them.
