Monroe, NC (December 8, 2020) – Around 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, December 8, a car crash with injuries occurred at a Monroe intersection.
Charlotte authorities confirmed that the crash happened at the intersection of Medlin Road and Macedonia Church Road when two vehicles collided with one another. The accident was deemed severe and led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The intersection was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
