Raleigh, NC (October 10, 2020) – At about 8:20 p.m. 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, October 10th, a car accident with injuries took place in the westbound lanes of Interstate 400.
Very little information has been reported but it is thought that the accident occurred at mile marker 2 when an undetermined number of vehicles wrecked.
First responders, emergency medical personnel, and fire and rescue squads, all assisted at the accident scene where they cleared debris from the roadway and aided those who were injured. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were transported to a nearby medical facility for emergency medical treatment.
No additional details have been made known. The police investigation into this accident is ongoing.
