Cary, NC (May 11, 2021) – At 3 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 11, a car accident took place at an intersection in Cary.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Kildaire Farm Road and Lochmere Drive. Two vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were immediately hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
