Cary, NC – Car Accident at Maynard Rd & N Harrison Ave Intersection

Cary, NC (July 15, 2021) – At 11:28 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, July 15, a serious car accident with injuries occurred in Cary.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Maynard Road and North Harrison Avenue. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they forcefully collided at the intersection due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
