According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of High Meadow Drive and Kildaire Farm Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. This caused the vehicles to collide with one another, which led to extensive damages.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time. This led to delays as police worked to clear the scene.
