Cary, NC – Car Crash with Injuries at Penny Rd & Loch Highlands Dr

Cary, NC (August 26, 2021) – At 11:22 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, August 26, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Cary.

According to Fairview Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Penny Road and Loch Highlands Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
