Cary, NC (October 5, 2021) – At 4:30 pm. on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 5, a motorcycle accident occurred at an intersection in Cary.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Morrisville Parkway and Davis Drive around the area of the Davis Drive Shopping Center. Three sedans and a motorcycle in the area collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved were badly damaged and were removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The motorcyclist was injured and hospitalized. It is not known if any other parties were hurt in the accident.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
