Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Arosa Ave & E Morehead St

Charlotte, NC (January 8, 2021) – Around 8:15 a.m. on Friday morning, January 8, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.

Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of Arosa Avenue and East Morehead Street when two vehicles collided with one another. The exact circumstances of the collision are not known but it is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved were badly damaged.

Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
