Charlotte, NC (January 8, 2021) – Around 5:24 p.m. on Friday evening, January 8, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident occurred at the intersection of Camden Road and West Boulevard when two vehicles collided with each other. One of the vehicles involved, a black SUV, sustained severe front-end damage as a result of the accident.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were immediately dispatched to the scene of the collision to assist those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
