Charlotte, NC (January 5, 2021) – Around 10:40 p.m. on the night of Monday, January 4, a car accident with injuries occurred at a Charlotte intersection.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of North Graham Street and Norris Avenue. Few details have been released but police confirmed that the accident occurred when two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved were damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
